Minutes:
- Official opening and introduction of Consortium organizations and representatives.
- Presentation of the project: aims, target groups to be involved, methodologies to be used, intellectual outputs to be developed and related tasks, meetings and mobilities to be implemented, local phase, multiplier events, role and responsibilities of each partner.
- Deeper focus and discussion about Result 1 (coordinator: CSOP).The following deadlines concerning Result 1 were agreed by all partner:
* Preparation of survey in English (CSOP): 15th March 2022
* Translation and Analysis of survey + National reports to provide to CSOP (All partners): 30th April 2022
* Interim report: 1st – 31st May 2022
* Consortium Research Report to be done (CSOP): 1st July 2022
Progress of these tasks will be discussed over an online meeting in May 2022 organized by Veseligas attistibas skola.
- A Google Drive space will be made available by the coordinator.
- Discussion of Result 2 and 3. IKE (coordinator of Result 2) was asked to provide some proposal of the App that they could provide considering the time and budget at their disposal.
- Coordinator will send contracts by email by March. It is explicitly asked to send the signed contracts back via postal mail in order to allow the coordinator preventing potential risks since bureaucratic reasons.
- Payment will be provided by the coordinators every 6 months once timesheets and progress reports will be shared by each partner to the coordinator.
- Dissemination rules:
* Facebook page management will be shared among all the Consortium. For 2022 partners agreed on the following schedule: March – April (Latvia), May – June (Greece), July – August (Bulgaria), September – October (Italy), November – December (Germany). 2023 online dissemination will be planned later on.
Each partner is asked to prepare and share 3 posts per week (12 posts per month) in the 2-months period of their competence;
* Furthermore, each month 1 offline event is asked to be carried out by each partner. If a Facebook post is created out of the offline event, such a post is also counted in the amount of the 12 posts per month before mentioned.
